  5. Graphic Elements is copyright © 1994-1995 by Al Evans. All rights reserved.

  7. The Graphic Elements system may be used free of charge in any software
  8. which is similarly distributed free of charge, except that credit
  9. must be given as specified below.

  11. The Graphic Elements system may be used in software distributed as 
  12. shareware, as long as credit is given as specified below and I receive
  13. one registered copy of the shareware release.

  15. Credit line: The following credit lines must appear in the "About Box" of
  16. any software, distributed without cost or as "shareware", which makes use
  17. of the Graphic Elements system:
